By accessing or using LeadFlow Systems' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
LeadFlow Systems provides AI-powered lead follow-up automation services for local businesses, including missed call SMS automation, lead nurture sequences, online booking systems, and related marketing automation tools.
Clients are responsible for:
Services are billed as agreed upon in your service agreement. Setup fees are due upon project commencement. Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of each month. A 3-month minimum commitment applies to all plans.
Our services are designed to comply with TCPA and carrier regulations. Clients must ensure they have proper opt-in consent from their customers. We are not liable for client misuse of SMS features.
LeadFlow Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 3 months.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice after the initial 3-month term. Early termination during the minimum term requires payment of remaining months.
